Now apparently this has been going on for decades, but I just learnt about it over the weekend. The king of Thailand a few decades ago developed another strategy to help the impoverished farmers of Thailand, which was to induce rain in areas of Thailand that of course were suffering drought conditions, so that the farmers were able to survive, produce crops and sell them at the market. Now I want to ask if this has been going on for so long why hasnt anyone else done this in other countries, or does it depend upon Thailands geography and climate???

Thailand will never be able to recover if people dont stop thinking about themselves and grow up. There has been so much bickering and squabbling over the past few months that nothing has been done, and everything that is completed is abused and rejected. A country needs to grow and live together and for that to happen people have to be able to communicate face to face, and honestly, and they have to know when to compromise, I'm tired of seeing this beautiful country being sent down the toilet, because people are so selfish and lack the simple ability of honesty, it seems every one is out to make a few baht regardless of what happens to the country and its people. This is what an advocate of the death penalty in Australia is proposing, because locking up a person for life is paramount to torture is his justification, and that the individual should be allowed to end his/her life, this has come up recently as a serial killer in an Australian prison has already attempted suicide on several occasions, so if a man/women kills one or more persons should suicide be an option for them? Never say never, oh i never learn
I've officailly lost count of the things that I said I would never do or happen, but I've finally stopped, (i'm a slow learner), when I was younger, going throu my "I know everything", rebellious stage, I said I would never work every day of the week, among a few other things. Thou at that time I was in a shitty part time job, assuming that all jobs were shitty but then I stumbled into another profession and have found myself working everyday of the week, now many would say its not work and I agree, basically I get pain 30 dollars a day in a third world country to talk for about 4 hours each day, while the rest of my week I spend pissing around on the internet, but I actually enjoy my time working, one thing I thought was impossible.

"The general city police office had to send more police to help," she said.
The case was under investigation.
Six officials were detained for not containing the violence, a local newspaper, the Dahe News said, and according to the human rights centre, five students were detained.
Unrest of any kind is highly sensitive in China, whose Communist government prizes stability and brooks no challenges to its power.
But student protests are an even more potent symbol because of a legacy of student activism, most recently in the 1989 pro-democracy demonstrations on Tiananmen Square.

But government schools have to report directly to the police, Private schools have recently come under a heavy bararge, and rightly so, why is it they get to keep their name out of the papers and the news, while government schools get tainted, for students either pushing or doing drugs in school grounds. It seems to be a hot debate, not just with in the profession but also by those who remain ignorant. I know first hand who will of course remain nameless, but what the Dr was doing has been going on for decades, and continues to go on in every country across the world. · The "free world united with America" rhetoric from Blair and other "world leaders" is code for coming together as a world army and police force to fight a "war against terrorism". Already the Bilderberg-controlled NATO (the world army in waiting) has pledged such support and the collective consciousness is being manipulated so comprehensively at this time that most people will support American and NATO terrorist attacks on unsubstantiated targets in the name of fighting terrorism. · As conflict escalates as a result of such calculated "retaliation" the pressure for centralisation of military power and the willingness to concede that power by the populations of America and elsewhere will gather until the world army is in place, a world army with the power to attack and take over any country that their propaganda machine can demonise.
· The collective mind of humanity, and particularly that of America, is understandably now in a deeply traumatised state. · It is absolutely no co-incidence that the targets of those hi-jacked planes were the very symbols of America's sense of itself and its own security - the Pentagon, symbol of their military might, and the World Trade Centre, twin pillars of their financial might. This is not primarily an attack on America, it is an attack on America's image and imagination of itself. Break their spirit and their sense of being "American"; break America's confidence in itself; put it in fear and fundamental insecurity; and you have overcome the most significant opposition to America allowing itself to be absorbed into the Illuminati's global and centrally-dictated society. The American psyche will now be bombarded with more and more shocks to its security and sense of self, as with Oklahoma and the school shootings in the past. But from now on everything will be increased dramatically. · The Illuminati now have the excuse to retaliate against anyone their propaganda machine can manipulate the population to believe was to blame. · As conflict escalates as a result of such calculated "retaliation" the pressure for centralisation of military power and the willingness to concede that power by the populations of America and elsewhere will gather until the world army is in place, a world army with the power to attack and take over any country that their propaganda machine can demonise.
· The collective mind of humanity, and particularly that of America, is understandably now in a deeply traumatised state. They have been subjected to collective trauma-based mind control and, as any mind controller or researcher can tell you, a traumatised mind is a suggestible mind. · One of the biggest potential obstacles to the "New World Order", the centrally-controlled fascist global state, is the psyche of most American people. When faced with the prospect of giving up their right of self-determination to global military, political, and financial control, most would be vehemently opposed once they realised what was happening. Their collective sense of security, confidence, and pride in their nation and system has been built on the foundations of immense military and financial strength. It is a collective version of the John Wayne mentality - "don't mess with us - this is America." From that has come their collective confidence in themselves as a nation. Now that very sense of who they are, and their belief that they have the power to stand alone, is in danger of being devastated.

· It is absolutely no co-incidence that the targets of those hi-jacked planes were the very symbols of America's sense of itself and its own security - the Pentagon, symbol of their military might, and the World Trade Centre, twin pillars of their financial might. This is not primarily an attack on America, it is an attack on America's image and imagination of itself. Break their spirit and their sense of being "American"; break America's confidence in itself; put it in fear and fundamental insecurity; and you have overcome the most significant opposition to America allowing itself to be absorbed into the Illuminati's global and centrally-dictated society. The American psyche will now be bombarded with more and more shocks to its security and sense of self, as with Oklahoma and the school shootings in the past. But from now on everything will be increased dramatically. It is vital that Americans refuse to submit to this and realise that those who are condemning the terrorism in their midst are those who are responsible for it.
· When I first travelled America in 1996, I was staggered at what a controlled society the "Land of the Free" really was (though still not as bad as Canada). Now in the wake of this tragedy, the United States, and other countries, are set to become a fortress of invasive surveillance and, what's more, because of what has happened, the American people will not utter a significant word of protest at the rapid expansion of this Big Brother society. · An economic disaster has long been predicted by those who have exposed and studied the Illuminati agenda. To overcome resistance to single currencies and central control of global finance, they need a world economic crash that will destroy the present system and kid the people into accepting centralised global control as the only way to overcome the crash. Clem Lindenmayer disappeared while hiking near Minya Konka mountain in the Tibetan autonomous prefecture of Ganzi, according to China's Xinhua news agency. A separate posting on an open forum operated by Lonely Planet and accredited to Mr Lindenmayer's father Graeme said the 47-year-old was believed to have gone missing in the area of Kangding, in China's Sichuan province.

Life would be easy, if people actually evaluated their life and realised what really mattered, when you die, does it matter how much money you made? Or how much you gave? Does it matter how big your house is? Or those you helped? Does it matter how much time you can waste drinking alcohol each week? Or time you spend with the ones you love? Washington (dpa) - Republicans and Democrats in the US Senate agreed Thursday on a bill overhauling immigration laws, including a "guest worker" programme and a path to citizenship for an estimated 11 million illegal migrants in the United States.
US President George W Bush, who has made immigration reform a top priority of his domestic agenda, welcomed the deal. The bill requires approval by the full Senate and the lower House of Representatives.
Negotiators for the two parties agreed to double the number of border guards, boost enforcement against employers that hire illegal workers and crack down on smugglers, Democratic Senator Ted Kennedy said.
Once the enforcement goals are met, the plan would create a temporary worker programme to reduce the pressure on US borders and allow workers to come to the US "for a short period of time" to fill jobs Americans don't want, Bush said.
"This proposal delivers an immigration system that is secure, productive, orderly and fair," Bush said in a statement. "Our immigration system is badly in need of reform."
Bush said he hopes to sign the bill into law by the end of this year.
Illegal immigrants would have to pay a fine, learn English, pay US taxes and pass a background check before they can be considered for legal status. Thais call such illegals "Robin Hoods."
In applying for a work permit and citizenship, they would have to get in line behind all of those who have followed the law. Most future immigration will be based on family ties.

The violence in Southern Thailand has left more than 2,000 children, Orphaned, and a further 1,000 widows, with governments offering some compensation, 573,000 baht (US$16,500) to 130 victims of violence in the three southern border provinces. Each injured person received 3,000,baht while 6,000 baht was presented to relatives or heirs of deceased victims. This obviously does nothing for the pain, or loss of a parent and the bread winner/s, especially when part of the blame are the policies of the governments, in the first place. Meanwhile, Kasama Varawan Na Ayudhaya, Secretary-General of the Office of the Basic Education Commission said that 130 high school students from the five southern border provinces will be given scholarships to study in famous schools in Bangkok during their last school year to prepare for enteringuniversity. The Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC) will select 130 students with good performance and those who were affected by the southern violence. Classes will begin in 13 Bangkok schools in June.She said scholarships offered to the southern students are an effective way to help solve the problem of students who are good at study but lack opportunity.

Now this is not aimed at individuals of course, but countries are judged by those who act in the name of a particular country, now this could be individuals, their entertainment or particular Companies (thats with a capital C).
So now with that out of the way, some words from an American I do admire,
"No company will live or die because of high price premiums for AID's drugs in middle income countries but patients may"(will), Bill Clinton.
Now the words from a NON- American "Can you tell me how much one human life is worth so that I can compare it to the export figures to the US" Dr Mongkol.
Now many of you may or may not know, but Thailand made a landmark decision a while ago, to break the long held law of drugs and produce a similar drug used in the treatment of AID's sufferers, because thousands of people were dying because they were unable to afford the high cost of such drugs which are made in America (one of the few things left). So then a few American comapines became upset at this because they were loosing money, (sob sob), companies which make billions of dollars a year from the suffering of others, is trying to bully a third world country into trying to stop this act, which will inevitability cost thousands of lives a year, just because of a few dollars lost here and there in exports, you know what I say, **FUCK YOU**, (not any individuals of course, but to drug companies out there), "who cares how much these people suffer, just as long as we can make a few dollars" is this what they are thinking??? millions of people die a year from AID's because they cant afford the drugs they need to survive, while other companies and countries who can make similar drugs at much smaller costs, are being targetted by these larger American companies, what are these countries and governments suppossed to do, just sit around and do nothing while there fellow country men/women suffer daily. Now I know this doesnt represent all Americans, as Bill has just proven for me, but it certainly isnt a good representation of ones country, and easily persuaded individuals may think that all Americans think this way, but for how much longer will the citizens of this planet stand for such injustice and maltreatment, when will the people take to the streets, and bring these demons to justice!!!!!

Have you ever put yourself in a position where you new your game wasnt good enough for the job

I've just gotten a new job at a much better place, but the work load is also going to be higher and the expectation will also be greater than I've previously had. Japan has not killed anybody since the WWII, now how many countries can claim that?????????????
Now since Japan is the only country to have a nuclear bomb detonated on it in a war situation, its not surprising they have taken a pacifist approach to dealing with other countries. Why are Aussie women so hard to talk too???????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Now after having travelled a little, I became aware of one simple small fact, that when you go out to bars its almost impossible to talk to any women in the small country of OZ, (am I really that ugly) but then in other countries its not even an issue, you can go to any bar sit down have drink and a bit of chit chat, and then be on your way, now I dont expect anything in return, nor want anything, I'm assuming its a cultural thing were people are more likely to just talk to any one, thou for westerners, its almost taboo to talk to a complete stranger, now to be honest in the end its up to the individual, but I was just wondering why is it such a taboo, are people afraid? are they arrogant?, now I certainly dont mean to offend any one, I'm just curious about whats the reason behind it, is it cultural? or some choice?

Its sad how the West thinks just because it makes something illegal everybody will follow, FOOL
The west can pat themselves on the back for as long as they want, for banning CHILD SOLDIERS, PROSTITION AND LABOUR, but do you think that in the countries in which these crimes occur, that they actually listen or would even hear about such bans, in some parts of this world where these henious crimes go on daily, they are lucky to know the news of their own country let alone the wishes of another miles away. Now dont get me wrong, these crimes should be BANNED and anyone involved should be punished equally, they are evil, and probaly the worst out there.But to be honest just baning these crimes isnt going to stop anyone from still performing them, especially when there is very little law, or government to uphold such laws. If you really want to stop these crimes the you have to go to these countries and actually see how these people live. These western cultures have no idea of the poverty and just plain poor living conidtions. Many child soldiers end up becoming soldiesr because their family have already been killed, or died from aids. They are angry, they have no family, and all around them is violence and war. The other tow crimes tend to be intertwind with each, prostituion is a very good way to make money, and many families either send their children away to work in the sex industry or just sell them for money. If you really care about these kids, start taking care of their families first, and then start trying to jail those that actually use such services. Though its a very thick web to try and clean, for there are many factions of society involved, some including the police and government officials. So its all good making these bans and laws, but they serve no purpose in lawless countries.

Obviously the rest of the world dont care because the area has no strategic advantage, nor does it have many resources. But where else in the world has genocide been able to occur without the worlds attention, or knowledge, or is it just that the governments of the world JUST DONT CARE. The chinese over the years have killed over 1,000,000 million Tibetans, of a population of only 6,000,000. And those that have survived suffer in constant terror, with the destuction of their homes and land, and the genocide of their people. Their rivers have been polluted by nuclear waste, most of their temples destroyed, and their spiritual leaders jailed and killed. All for the super power that is China. Though the heartless Chinese dont care about these people and arguably about many of their own, as the governments use and abuse the poor to create empires all over the world through very cheap labour, and cheap products. What country can compete with a country that doesnt abide by the rules put in place to protect from such abuses. And as the rich in China get richer the poorer are just so poor they just start dying, but the economy just keeps going because there is over 1,000,000,000 people that need jobs. Now I can understand that the politics of Thailand and the goings on in this country are probably not the hottest topic out there in the world. But you would think that a magazine so well known as TIME, would do some research first before they write an article condeming it, obviously they have become ignorant and lazy. So there claims that the current government/millitary have cracked down on information and its spread is a F*&KING JOKE, TIME MAGAZINE NEEDS TO GO BACK TO THE DRAWING BOARD. Believe it or not but before Thaksin bought the position of Prime Minister, Thailands rating for PRESS FREEDOM was 29th in the whole world, and since his injection of power into this country, Thailands rating dropped down to 107th. Thaksin blocked Thai print and media, and shut down community radio, websites and TV programmes. But I guess its easy for any one from this country to say anything they want once they leave because people are so ignorant of events outside of their of house. And TIME magazine should be fined, and made to present an appology to the Thai people, for not doing their JOB, and stop believing the incessant rantings and ravings of an ousted PM, well know for commiting crimes. I'm so tired of listening to other countries blame other countries for the mess they have created, while trying to deny their own effects, when in fact there isnt a country that hasn't effected the world in some way in a very negative fashion. Whats worse are the petty and childish reactions countires have GIVEN to such accusations, "oh were not as baD as "so and so", theyre worse than us, WE ARE NOT GOING TO DO ANY THING UNTIL THEY DO, OH THATS GOING TO EFFECT OUR ECONOMY". WHO GIVES A FUCK BECAUSE IF WE DONT ALL FIX IT WE'LL ALL BE DEAD THEN WHO ARE YOU GOING TO BLAME AND CRY TO!!!

Even the wonderful organisation Doctors Without Borders praised the government's decision, saying the generic drugs would make treatment more widely available by lowering prices.
The cost of Plavix is expected to drop from 120 baht (US$3.50) per pill to only six to 12 baht per pill.
Treatment with Kaletra currently costs 11,580 baht per month, and could drop to 4,000 baht per month, the group said.
"The Thai government has been trying to balance drug patents with lowering high prices of drugs. This could be a standard followed by other developing countries where the same problem is faced," said Kannikar Kijtiwatchakul,
"The compulsory licensing or government use for this case complies both with the Thai and international law. It will help government cut the cost of AIDS drugs by as much as 90 percent," she said.
Thailand 's universal HIV/AIDS treatment programme has been hailed as a success in the fight against the disease, largely because of the country's ability to provide anti-retroviral drugs to patients.
In 2002, the Thai government launched a generic version of HIV/AIDS triple therapy and was able to cut the cost of treatment 18-fold.
Thailand's treatment programme has been widely credited with slashing the number of deaths from AIDS by about 75 percent last year and the number of new annual HIV infections continues to drop.
Now one of the main argumemts of these bastard money hungry companies is worried about loosing money and their market.

"The Thai government has been trying to balance drug patents with lowering high prices of drugs. This could be a standard followed by other developing countries where the same problem is faced," said Kannikar Kijtiwatchakul,
"The compulsory licensing or government use for this case complies both with the Thai and international law. It will help government cut the cost of AIDS drugs by as much as 90 percent," she said.
Thailand 's universal HIV/AIDS treatment programme has been hailed as a success in the fight against the disease, largely because of the country's ability to provide anti-retroviral drugs to patients.
In 2002, the Thai government launched a generic version of HIV/AIDS triple therapy and was able to cut the cost of treatment 18-fold.
Thailand's treatment programme has been widely credited with slashing the number of deaths from AIDS by about 75 percent last year and the number of new annual HIV infections continues to drop.
Now one of the main argumemts of these bastard money hungry companies is worried about loosing money and their market.

The US and Australian government have been ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING David Hicks hypocrisy
US claims it fights for peoples rights though they deny others like David hicks. Now I am not saying he is guilty or innocent, but as an Australian citizen being held prisoner by the US at Guantanamo bay without being charged for over five years is an AB SO LUTE DIS GRACE, The Australian Governments actions have also be AB SO LUTELY DIS TUR BING, The British Government were more willing to help Mr Hicks than the country he is suppossed to be a citizen of, How can the US government justify this total lack of basic human rights while trying to say it fights for those who are being denied their own in another country, but is allowed to do what they will with their own prisoners. When will David Hicks be tried and either set free or found guilty and punished for what he has done, if anything at all? The actions not only of the US government, but also the Australian government are AB SO LUTE LY DIS GUS TING, and does high light the amount of hypocrisy in this world.
The fact that over 2 billion people earn less than 2 dollars a day, its that the governments
do nothing to support their people, so before you go blaming specific companies, what about the governments that are suppossed to protect their citizens
For a start if there were to be wide sweeping reforms to introduce a minmum wage of even a dollar an hour, the whole worlds economy would collapse.
Second the governments do nothing to take care of their people, there are no unemployment benefits, no retirement support, no medicines available, and the governments certainly allow unions to form, their people are only there to serve the needs of the government.
There are no laws governing employment situations, if you get fired thats it, if you dont like something, bad luck, a reporter in china was killed for investigating a mine collapse where several miners had been killed, and a few missing, working conditions in these coutries is whats substandard, over 5000 people in china die each year in the mining buisness because companies dont have to follow rules.
So whats the point of having rules in these countries if no one will up hold, and its smart buisness to go to these countries where governments dont care about the welfare of their citizens, and dont get me wrong I think it would be great if every body could get paid the same amount all over the world, but for first lawless countires need to reform how the country is run

cant survive growing up in a healthy manner without friends and family around expressing love and truth, for all in all how many employers really care if you showed up if it didnt cost them money, out of the amount of faces you see a day in the street or at the supermarket, how many of them would even care if you died that day, how much money does it take to take away the pain, and big a TV will create ever lasting happiness, and how ever fast your car can go, people will see through you, so treat every one with respect for who know when you will lose a lover and gain a friend, when really in the end its all the same
