PAIN, WHAT PAIN

Pain, what is pain, have you ever really thought of it, have you ever caused yourself pain and truly felt and gone with it, experienced it, most people don’t even want to think about it let alone wish for it. Only the mind knows pain, your arms, your legs or any part upon or within your body knows what pain is. All the human body knows is anomalies, disruptions, and interruptions, which can be caused by many different causes heat, cold, pressure and even being severed, but the body only knows these through chemical reactions and electrical pulses, all it communicates is that the body is in danger that is all, that a circuit in the body has been disturbed. If you burn your arm or cut your leg, your arm doesn’t know pain, your leg doesn’t know pain, it only exists in the arm, in the leg as danger, awareness that this may be dangerous to the overall wellbeing of the individual.
The mind is where pain is born and where it resides, and it’s where it has existed for all time. The mind creates it because it thrives upon it because it can use it against you to defeat yourself. It brings up the pain whenever it know you are weak, and reminds you of what can go wrong, and the suffering that you will incur. But there is hope, you can control this pain, if you make the choice, that all it comes down to, a choice to run, which the mind expects because it doesn’t want to discover its true nature, and the state which you can reach. So stop running and just be still, experience the pain learn from it, and experience how it works on your own mind, how it affects you. Physical pain is the easiest to do this with because the causes are obvious and may times can be seen, and you know exactly when it happened, and how. Though the pain that exists because of emotions, expectations, worry, living outside the moment, depression, anxiety, the causes of these, and many more are not always as well known, and can be very intricate and be the result of years of the minds control, and others. This takes a lot more practice and investigation, and take years to resolve, but never forget happiness exists everywhere in this world, and only because people choose it that is all, the difference is choice, what will yours be?
