US claims it fights for peoples rights though they deny others like David hicks. Now I am not saying he is guilty or innocent, but as an Australian citizen being held prisoner by the US at Guantanamo bay without being charged for over five years is an AB SO LUTE DIS GRACE, The Australian Governments actions have also be AB SO LUTELY DIS TUR BING, The British Government were more willing to help Mr Hicks than the country he is suppossed to be a citizen of, How can the US government justify this total lack of basic human rights while trying to say it fights for those who are being denied their own in another country, but is allowed to do what they will with their own prisoners. When will David Hicks be tried and either set free or found guilty and punished for what he has done, if anything at all? The actions not only of the US government, but also the Australian government are AB SO LUTE LY DIS GUS TING, and does high light the amount of hypocrisy in this world.
