US to give amnesty to 'Robin Hoods'
Washington (dpa) - Republicans and Democrats in the US Senate agreed Thursday on a bill overhauling immigration laws, including a "guest worker" programme and a path to citizenship for an estimated 11 million illegal migrants in the United States.
US President George W Bush, who has made immigration reform a top priority of his domestic agenda, welcomed the deal. The bill requires approval by the full Senate and the lower House of Representatives.
Negotiators for the two parties agreed to double the number of border guards, boost enforcement against employers that hire illegal workers and crack down on smugglers, Democratic Senator Ted Kennedy said.
Once the enforcement goals are met, the plan would create a temporary worker programme to reduce the pressure on US borders and allow workers to come to the US "for a short period of time" to fill jobs Americans don't want, Bush said.
"This proposal delivers an immigration system that is secure, productive, orderly and fair," Bush said in a statement. "Our immigration system is badly in need of reform."
Bush said he hopes to sign the bill into law by the end of this year.
Illegal immigrants would have to pay a fine, learn English, pay US taxes and pass a background check before they can be considered for legal status. Thais call such illegals "Robin Hoods."
In applying for a work permit and citizenship, they would have to get in line behind all of those who have followed the law. Most future immigration will be based on family ties.
Bush said the plan would bring illegal immigrants "out of the shadows without amnesty and without animosity." But the plan is likely to run into opposition from many Republicans in the House who view believe the concessions to illegal migrants go too far.

The violence in Southern Thailand has left more than 2,000 children, Orphaned, and a further 1,000 widows, with governments offering some compensation, 573,000 baht (US$16,500) to 130 victims of violence in the three southern border provinces. Each injured person received 3,000,baht while 6,000 baht was presented to relatives or heirs of deceased victims. This obviously does nothing for the pain, or loss of a parent and the bread winner/s, especially when part of the blame are the policies of the governments, in the first place. Meanwhile, Kasama Varawan Na Ayudhaya, Secretary-General of the Office of the Basic Education Commission said that 130 high school students from the five southern border provinces will be given scholarships to study in famous schools in Bangkok during their last school year to prepare for enteringuniversity. The Southern Border Provinces Administrative Centre (SBPAC) will select 130 students with good performance and those who were affected by the southern violence. Classes will begin in 13 Bangkok schools in June.She said scholarships offered to the southern students are an effective way to help solve the problem of students who are good at study but lack opportunity.

So last night I was just thinking how easy it would be if I was just this hot looking chic, would I be just as manipulative, or would I actually be Honest, now as a man, its quite hard to imagine what it would be like to be a woman, but to be honest, I probably would, while I was young but then by the time I was in my mid-twenties, I would be craving a loving and caring relationship, so I really cant blame the woman as many of them have to work shitty low paying jobs, are often less educated, and have at least one child, as the "father" has run off, so its quite sad in a third world country, thou as I'm also a foreigner my views on sex are a little different compared to the country I reside in. But I would like to know how many men out there would also do the same thing??????

At least with other addictions you get some kind of altered reality, drunk or high, but smoking cigarettes each day, is not only harming yourself and others, (not that other drugs dont but how many people drink a bottle a day), but its also making a whole lot of people very rich, and these people at the head of companies have been lying to the public for decades, but people out of WEAKNESS, or STUPIDITY, keep puffing away, even thou any apparent benefits are to do with your own mind, and habits, it has nothing to do with the actual ingredients of the cigarette, people often say that it keeps them thin, ARE YOU FREAKIN BLIND AS WELL, it doesnt keep you thin, its just that the habit often get replaced with food, so instead of having a cig, people will go and eat some kind of fast food, some say it calms your nerves, but thats because your addicted to a drug, and in tense situation your metabolism increase as your bodies own drugs begin to be released so your blood begins to pump a lot fasting giving you the impression that when you smoke it releaves the stress, ARE YOU FREAKIN BLIND AS WELL, it doesnt release the stress, your just getting your hit for the hour, ALL STRESS IS CREATED IN YOUR OWN MIND, AND SO ARE THE HABITS, EASIER SAID THEN DONE I KNOW, BUT I'M TIRED OF HEARING ABOUT THE EXCUSES!!!

Now many of you may or may not know, but Thailand made a landmark decision a while ago, to break the long held law of drugs and produce a similar drug used in the treatment of AID's sufferers, because thousands of people were dying because they were unable to afford the high cost of such drugs which are made in America (one of the few things left). So then a few American comapines became upset at this because they were loosing money, (sob sob), companies which make billions of dollars a year from the suffering of others, is trying to bully a third world country into trying to stop this act, which will inevitability cost thousands of lives a year, just because of a few dollars lost here and there in exports, you know what I say, **FUCK YOU**, (not any individuals of course, but to drug companies out there), "who cares how much these people suffer, just as long as we can make a few dollars" is this what they are thinking??? millions of people die a year from AID's because they cant afford the drugs they need to survive, while other companies and countries who can make similar drugs at much smaller costs, are being targetted by these larger American companies, what are these countries and governments suppossed to do, just sit around and do nothing while there fellow country men/women suffer daily. Now I know this doesnt represent all Americans, as Bill has just proven for me, but it certainly isnt a good representation of ones country, and easily persuaded individuals may think that all Americans think this way, but for how much longer will the citizens of this planet stand for such injustice and maltreatment, when will the people take to the streets, and bring these demons to justice!!!!!

Sometimes I think the government has been eating to much somtum and that the chillies have destroyed their brain cells, how do you expect to ban a website throu only one server when there are several out there in the country with direct links to other countries. Every now and then the country actually does something to benefit its people, but most of the time they just keep creating laws and bans that keep the poor, poor, and the uneducated, uneducated, when will the government realise what democracy actually means, the lack of censorship, and allowing people to be educated enough to make their own decisions, GOD forbid that someone in Thailand actually has to make a decision for themselves!

Its was also proven by a journalist from the Bangkok Post that most of the laws and systems that he put in place while in government greatly increased the value of his many companies, some of which doubled and trippled in value while he was in charge. He now spends $55,000 dollars (1911250 baht), a month to an advertising/image company in America to improve his image, how can a government with no money already compete with such a campaign. How many honest people have to spend that amount of money for advertising (propaganda)??

Now after having travelled a little, I became aware of one simple small fact, that when you go out to bars its almost impossible to talk to any women in the small country of OZ, (am I really that ugly) but then in other countries its not even an issue, you can go to any bar sit down have drink and a bit of chit chat, and then be on your way, now I dont expect anything in return, nor want anything, I'm assuming its a cultural thing were people are more likely to just talk to any one, thou for westerners, its almost taboo to talk to a complete stranger, now to be honest in the end its up to the individual, but I was just wondering why is it such a taboo, are people afraid? are they arrogant?, now I certainly dont mean to offend any one, I'm just curious about whats the reason behind it, is it cultural? or some choice?

Though the main issue here is with names for Viagra's slang name in China is "Wei ge" which means "mighty brother", and the drug compaines name for it is "Wan ai ke", I dont have a translation on that one, but apparently if you use another name for the drug other than the designated one you can get it cheaper and use substitutes.
