Where's the sacrifice?

How can anyone say that jesus gave up his life for our sins. When he died he entered eternal heaven, if he really was going to sacrifice himself, he should of gone to hell, for eternal suffering and pain, now that would of been the ultimate sacrifice. But being rewarded by entering heaven, where there is apparently no pain or suffering, then there is no sacrifice. So by giving up his body, he was rewarded with eternal happiness, peace or what ever it is heaven is suppossed to be. I dont consider that a sacrifice at all. Otherwise then extremist muslims who commit suicide would also end up in heaven for giving up their lives, but we all know that cant be. Share

How to discipline positively? American Humane encourages parents and other caregivers to use techniques that constitute a positive and appropriate discipline of children, such as: Discipline with love Listen and communicate Focus on the behavior, not the child Respond immediately Relate the discipline to the offending behavior in duration and severity Be realistic Remain calm Be fair Do not harm or injure Set boundaries Make it a learning opportunity Be consistent Be creative Develop rules and expectations in advance Use timeouts Reward or praise desirable behaviors Model desired behavior Encourage the child’s cooperation and understanding Develop behavioral contracts and incentive charts Share

parents responsibility

The single greatest factor in a child's ability to succeed in their education other than the child's own ability and will, is the parents, they are the and last teachers, they are their from the first day, and should be their everyday. Schools come and go, and teachers are many, so the only single thread are the parents. The more time and involvement their is from the parents and family, the more a child will succeed. Education is a great investment, one you will get ten fold in return, and one that requires more time than money. Share

humans ay.......

Why is it that humans cant get past their basic animal instincts, and evolve mentally? How is that after so many teachers from the past 3000 years, we have not been able to realize the truth? Just imagine what could be achieved if we all lost our jealousy and greed. Imagine what could be done if we stopped trying to impress others, and instead love. It always seems like people are trying to undermine and take or get something from others. Why is it so hard for people to break out of the systems they are born into? People aren’t born locked in, its not innate to judge others, its not in the genes to gossip. Its amazing how tense we get and not be aware of it Share

Within u must go

Only by looking within, will we be able to cool our hearts, by reflecting upon our own thoughts and actions, will we see how little control we have, and how automatic so much of our lives have become, so many people today are confused, they are unable to understand the reasons for their own feelings, actions and thoughts, that they are consistently feeling anxious and unable to define their own life. Its a nasty business, but Thailand

Must change, too many people are hanging on to 1050-1960, ideas, and are unable to admit their own ignorance, and failure to see the truth, also they are blinded by greed, they want money and see students, and rich parents as easy game, i know a student who has been recieving one on one tuition, and is no better than any of the other students in class. Education has just become a big scam for old ignorant, negligent teachers to profit, and screw over honest hard working people. Education has become one of the biggest scams in this country, and its disgusting to see those who are considered educated and better than the rest, stealing, cheating and lying, they are robbing the youth, and their parents of what they deserve, and what any child should receive.
