Within u must go

Only by looking within, will we be able to cool our hearts, by reflecting upon our own thoughts and actions, will we see how little control we have, and how automatic so much of our lives have become, so many people today are confused, they are unable to understand the reasons for their own feelings, actions and thoughts, that they are consistently feeling anxious and unable to define their own life.
