so all you can do is just roll with, like water off a ducks back, dont hang on to the pain, and let go of the happiness because they will all cause suffering, because everything is going to be okay one day, so theres no point worrying about anything because its not going to change anything or serve any purpose, nothing lasts, and some day it will all be over like a dream

There are so many addictions out there, but why??? I think primarily it has to do with peoples inability to enjoy the silence of the present...
