the only thing between your everlsating happiness is your own fears!!!

Now, that you probably already know, but have you really gone into your fear, I mean have you just felt your fear creeping up your spine, and just said OK, do what you want, and really just let go, and really followed your fear for as long as it went, and just followed the train of thought where ever it went. The problem with fear is that at the first sign of it you tense up a choice, (you have been taught to make), to divert your attention to something happy, or some menial task that means nothing, but its soul purpose is to pass the time and keep your mind occupied, but if you really just let go and relax, you will find a way out and you will find your fears slowly diminishing, because they only survive in the shadows of your mind, but if you are to shine the light out, you will see they are just as empty as smoke, and they will just fly away on the wind. Now a good remedy that I used to give to my patients, was that you begin writing and you dont think about what it is you are writing about and you just keep going and dont stop to think or check mistakes, but just keep going and going and you will be surprised at what comes out and how much better you will feel after it, I know ur fears and how to beat them, its easy once you know, its just that the first step is a doosyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
