The more we judge others, the more we distance ourselves from the truth, which is we are all the same and we are all together, stop judging others because u only hurt urself, and will only serve to keep people away, and will create hate and anger in others. If only we could all learn to love ourselves and love each other then peace and harmony would flow throu us all.

There are so many addictions out there, but why??? I think primarily it has to do with peoples inability to enjoy the silence of the present...
