Stress exists only in ur HEAD.

Stress is created by the choices we make, or one we couldnt make, and the stress comes from our inability to accept what is, We are not happy with the situation, or where we r now, or of some percieved threat of something we have done or not done,

We must learn to let go of how we want things and accept how things are, if you can not accept, let go of trying to control, or the idea tat u have control, n make plans to change things, relax and breathe in, and let go of your judgements
