When you wake up and realise u r ur own worst enemy and that ur senseless narotic thoughts r the cause of most of all the suffering that exists in ur own life, as it creates stories and lies which believe, when with a clear mind, and love in ur heart would begin and end in the same second they arose, yet u keep feeding them for minutes and hours until ur belief becomes truth and u think they r all out to get me tat, why me? what did i do? then it pops n u find its just me, but what is me, who am i, im not these thoughts, then u c, why do i keep doin this to myself???????

There are so many addictions out there, but why??? I think primarily it has to do with peoples inability to enjoy the silence of the present...
