in the end all we really have is ourself, to rely on, who else is going to be there when its all over, aren’t going to have any parents, no lover, no teacher, no musicians, no children, no politicians, so don’t waste ya time chasing what ya aren’t ever going to catch, you know you don’t need the shit anyway, so keep it real, and do what ya have to, to survive, you’ll be lucky if you can do that, because all you wanna do is chase what every one else’s is, yet your all blind chasing what every one else is yet nobody knows who is running in the lead, your all just running in circles if you just took a second to stop and smell the roses you find a friend in yourself, and realize that it all isn’t that,

There are so many addictions out there, but why??? I think primarily it has to do with peoples inability to enjoy the silence of the present...

"Pride only hurts, it never helps." pulp fiction..........................accepting the help of others is as important as helping others yourself, (its the whole karma thing), because its pride that you hurt when you deny some one the ability to help regardless of how much they can, pride is what brings nations and religions to war, because someone fails to realize that we are all the same searching for what all beings crave, which is happiness, pride stops people from apologizing when they know that they have erred, and it prevents people from taping into the eternal source of life, which is energy, you dont need pride if everyone is equal, dont make me pull out wiki again, pride is what stops people from understanding the truth because they think there better than someone else because they have a big house or large TV, and shame and guilt is what the bible, and catholic schools often use to control there followers/ students why use fear of god, what about the love of god
my assertion is not a matter of pride but just the way it is, the same as the grass is green or the sky is blue, do you believe the grass is green or do you just know its green, and i completely agree with you charity and grace is one of the few things that is truley great about our civilisation, and i think it is more than just a reality but should be a necessity for all humans to practice, you cant hurt and help someone at the same time, and there is nothing you can get in life without someone giving it to you (without of course stealing or committing some bad deed)
