be satisfied with the present moment, we are constantly pushing blame onto others or giving false hope to future situations. There isn’t a problem in the world that can’t be solved by a mass shift in the human psyche. Crime would drop to almost zero, there would be little need for drugs, other than experimentation with perception, opening their minds to different realities, or for those who are unable to experience the energies that exist out there. The day to day stresses of life would no longer greatly affect people, physically or mentally. People’s health would improve and police and governments would be reduced to facilitators. Education would not only focus on numbers and books but also emotional and mental training, an increased awareness would be encourages and a better understanding of the root cause of suffering and our own emotions.
The two keys are letting go and Holding on
and
Detachment, and following up
There is little we can control in this world but our minds is one of them if we are given the tools to, and we practice and excercise these tools on a daily basis.
LOVE IS ALL WE NEED, CONCENTRATION AND ENERGY ALL WE HAVE.............MAY ALL BEINGS BE HAPPY, MAY ALL BEINGS BE HEALED AND HEALTHY, MAY ALL BEINGS BE FREE FROM HARM AND SUFFERING, MAY ALL BEINGS BE AWAKENED AND LIBERATED, MAY ALL BEINGS ENJOY INNER PEACE AND EASE, MAY THERE BE PEACE IN THIS WORLD AND THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE UNIVERSE.............MAN IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL, ONLY THROUGH THE MIND CAN EVIL SURVIVE.............
