The moment you allow your ego to control you, you will be forever unhappy, and you will be restless and easily upset as the actions and motives only go to serve present moment fears, and attacks, but when you allow love to enter your heart and guide you in the world, your life will become simplified and people will welcome you, and they will open up to you, and you will be able to see and understand others better, and realize how many of the people in the world today commit acts that they had no intetion of doing, until their ego woke up and said YES.
Now is the time to allow love into your hearts, forgive those who have wronged you and know, you are a human being, equal to all that deserves love and care, but also understands others are not strong enough to let go.

There are so many addictions out there, but why??? I think primarily it has to do with peoples inability to enjoy the silence of the present...
