4. An unconscious competition for energy underlies all conflicts. By dominating or manipulating others, we get the extra energy we think we need. Sure, it feels good - but both parties are damaged in the conflict.

4. Competition for energy. A fundamental assumption underlies most human interactions: we must compete for this energy, drawing it from others and protecting ourselves from others' attempts to draw it from us. This leads to some nasty interactions.



This will naturally follow on from an increased awareness, stress, emotions, and will hopefuly lead people to question what is really important in life? what are the things i really need in life? why do the same things hapen to me in relationships? why are the same conflicts arising? This competition when you look at it from inside you will see that it exists everywhere, and that our egos hurt us, and others.
