7. Once cleared of traumas, you can build energy through contemplation and meditation, focus on you basic life question, and start riding a steady stream of intuitions, dreams, and synchronistic coincidences, all guiding you in the direction of your own evolution and transformation.
7. Using intuition. When we are in touch with the energy, clear of our control dramas, and aware of the questions relevant to this moment, our intuition supplies the answers we need. Once we are aware of these answers, we need only watch for meaningful coincidences to show us how to act on them.
Now we have the base we need to build upon it, contemplation, reflection, meditation, and interacting with others who are going through this course will allow you to share your experiences and offer alternative ways of action, speeding up peoples growth. This is really about awakening to the real world and not the world you have been told about, but the deep root causes for our behaviours and feelings, so much of what we see are only shadows and myths

There are so many addictions out there, but why??? I think primarily it has to do with peoples inability to enjoy the silence of the present...

I think this is the most difficult insight to keep with, so very easy to return to control drams and clouds the ability to see the meaningful conceitedness and have the intuition, clouds the path to take.
DAy by Day .....Step by Step.....once u begin it will snow ball trust me the first few days weeks it will be very difficult but the more you become aware the better and quicker you get at recognising your drama and others, and when ever you return to it
